Returns

  • Return period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received the item, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

  • Product condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

  • How to start a return: Contact us first before sending anything back. Use the “Contact Us” page or email us at support@wristor.store for return authorization and instructions.

  • Return address: Please do not send returns to the sender’s address on the original package. We will provide the correct return address via email.

  • Return shipping:

    • If the item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping.

    • If you simply change your mind or are not satisfied, you’ll be responsible for return postage.


Refunds

  • Approval process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • Refund method: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).

  • Timing: Refunds are typically processed immediately or within a few business days, depending on your card issuer.

  • Shipping costs: If the return is due to a product defect, shipping fees will be refunded. For non-defective items, shipping costs are non-refundable.
